- PNW Motorsports makes every attempt to have orders shipped out within a reasonable timeframe. The fastest way to receive your orders is using PayPal. Most of the time, we ship out orders via USPS and we try to do free shipping on all orders - it just makes things easier.
- Privacy & Security
- PNW Motorsports values its customers and respects their privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Period. PNW Motorsports will never send you unsolicited email asking you for any personal information.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you feel your order needs to be returned or replaced, contact us first. With the decals, we try to include an extra one with the orders in case you put one on wrong, you have a backup. With the shirts and hats, its just making sure your size is right - sometimes people pick the wrong size, and we have no problem swapping out to a better size, assuming we have the size you need in stock. We are easy going, just contact us first and let us know if you need a replacement or return.
- Ordering
- We try to do all orders through the website. It makes it easier for us to track statistics on sizes, so when we make future orders, we have a better understanding of which sizes are more popular than others. If you have a problem with ordering, contact us and we can help out.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We prefer payment via PayPal, it's just easier and works for everyone. We accept credit and debit cards too. If you mail in a check or money order, we wont ship out your order until payment is received. Payments mailed in go to a PO Box address and we only check it every other week so somtimes there is some lag when receving your mailed in payment - that's why we prefer PayPal, it's just easier for everyone. Pricing is as is on the website, we try to include free shipping to make the ordering process either, and you will see sales tax if you are a Washington state resident (sorry but WA makes us do it). We try to run promotions through the communities, keep on the lookout.
- Viewing Orders
- Within your user account, you can view your order history. Somtimes its nice to see what you have ordered in the past when figuring out what you may want in the future. And for your past orders, you can do product reviews, tell your friends, etc.
- Updating Account Information
- Have one account login for PNW Motorsports, and keep your account information updated. Sometimes, we run promotions sending out free merchandise from the store, and it's important we have a good shipping address for that. Just as important, is your phone number, since we call you about an order to verify or modify things because of any particular reason. Voicing our privacy statement again, we promise we wont sell your account information to anyone and we wont send you unsolicited emails either. PNW Motorsports respects your privacy.
